CARRIERS AND COSTS
We charge a $10.00 flat delivery fee for all Australian orders. All goods are shipped via StarTrack Express, except to PO Boxes and the Northern Territory, where delivery will be via Express Post.
From time to time, Love Your Mother runs free shipping promotions.
Unfortunately during sales periods, special events or new release launches we are unable to combine postage on multiple orders. We cannot make any alterations to your cart - removing or adding items. We can only offer refunds for you to do your order all together. To avoid disappointment please ensure that during these times you have everything you want in your cart before checking out.
StarTrack will attempt to get a signature on delivery, however all drivers are instructed to leave deliveries at the letterbox or front door if premises are unattended. This is at the risk of the customer.
Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Love Your Mother takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your work address. Love Your Mother will only replace orders when the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment, except during public holidays when there may be extra delays. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery during sale periods.
The delivery times provided by Love Your Mother are estimates only. Love Your Mother will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Deliveries can take longer to reach some rural areas.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After you have completed your purchase, and your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us. This email will provide you with the necessary tracking details for your order.
